Maximizer
Software Inc. was awarded the 2003 CRM Excellence Award by Customer
Inter@ction Solutions, a premier CRM, call center and teleservices
magazine published since 1982 by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC(tm)).
This is the second time Maximizer Software has won the CRM Excellence
Award.
Customer Inter@ction Solutions presented the award to Maximizer Software
after learning how its clients are improving their relationships with
customers by implementing Maximizer Enterprise software.
"Maximizer Software has demonstrated to the editors of Customer
Inter@ction Solutions that their products and services have
substantially improved the processes of their clients' businesses by
streamlining and facilitating the flow of information," said Nadji

software and we're proud to accept this award on their behalf,"
said Ralph Kretchmar, VP of Sales and Marketing, Maximizer.
"Maximizer Enterprise acts as the backbone for the collection and
distribution of vital information between sales people, customer service
departments and marketing teams."
An editorial team selected recipients of the 2003 CRM Excellence Award
on the basis of technological excellence, innovation, and a demonstrated
ability to be a true CRM partner to their customers. Maximizer Software
submitted a case study on Senior Flexonics Pathway as a part of the
evaluation process.
"Since launching Maximizer Enterprise in 1999 we've been able to
close more than 70% of our qualified sales leads," said David
McGrath, Director or Sales and Marketing, Senior Flexonics Pathway.
"This has resulted in a 400% increase in revenue over the past five
years."
